Facial care. I've using Clinique on and off for about the past 10 years. I will sometimes
stop using it and start using other products..I find myself going back to using Clinique.
I use, it's actually an acne bar; it used to be a light blue bar of soap. So it used
to be a different shape and be like a light blue color but they now they have it, it basically
looks like the other bars of soaps that they have. My face is wet my hands are wet I just
brush my hand over it and whatever is on my hand is what I use to wash my face. It's the
dramatically different moisturizing gel I like it because it is hydrating. They have
another moisturizer and it has oil in it but I just get the oil free one and then I add
the oils and shea butter to my face so..I really like that moisturizer. I was using
another moisturizer for a while and I was starting to miss this one so I went back to
using this one. Microdermabrasion scrub, and from the scrubs I just basically narrowed
it down to this one, its derma e microdermabrasion scrub, it's empty..very intense scrub. I use
that about once a week..get facials umm like you know 2-3 times a year. And then between
that, if I get blemishes I use this extraction tool, this I got at a drug store this is from
Revlon. Blemishes can be extracted, there are optimal times to do that, and basically
what happens is, I just place it over the blemish apply pressure and do a gentle sliding
motion and it cleans the pore out. You just clean this. Another thing I have recently
starting doing with this is I've started going through in the nose area and applying steady
pressure going through the nose area. It is clear that it is actually extracting impurities.
This is a handy tool. SPF 40 from Clinique. I've used this for years and it is a nice
one. For lip care I use the Burt Bees, it's the peppermint one and it is the plain one
and it has kind of like almost like a menthol kind of feel from the peppermint oil it's
really nice. That's basically it.
