Hello everyone. This is the leather style wallet case for the Samsung Galaxy S3.
This particular one is in purple.
I wanted a different style of case for a change.
I get a bit bored of white or black or brown, and purple, I thought quite fetching.
So how does this particular case work. Well, for starters, magnetic clasp on the front to keep
your device nice and secure in there, excellent stuff.
Inside, you've got a hard plastic shell and quite interestingly and useful you've got
an area to put your business cards into, or credit cards or whatever else you want to use.
Making this case just a little bit more versatile.
To fit your phone, you simply click it into the holder,
done like that
and it then holds it really nicely and tight into the case, stops it from
falling out.
The actual case itself, this plastic shell it doesn't quite fit a
100% onto this bottom corner here
it feels slightly raised, now that's actually quite useful because it means you can get your
device back out again
reasonably easily just pop it on the one side
and clip it back in again but there's no way the device is actually going to drop out
of this case at all.
Port access is reasonable at the bottom there is no plastic atall
covering the port accesses so you can get access to the usb
very very easily.
On your side your power button is
just hidden just behind this piece of plastic here but it doesn't cause a
massive problem you can still get your finger in there nice and easily from kind of any angle
there or from across the top with your thumb. Works absolutely fine.
On the top again nothing obscuring any of these ports here.
Your 3.5ml jack can go in absolutely fine there and doesn't get obscured or caught on any
of the plastics. The only one that's slightly awkward and that's purely because
of having the spine here is your volume rocker, it can be a little bit
awkward if you've got the case like that held in your hand to then come around for this port but it's not
a massive issue to be fair.
On the back of the case we have the milled out ports for the camera
flash and the speaker.
And as you can see they've left plenty of room around these. The camera has plenty of
surface area to actually do its job so you're not going to lose too much light when
you're taking pictures and likewise the sound is not being obscured too much nor has the
flash. This is overall a really nice little case for the Samsung Galaxy S3. Highly durable,
feels great in the hands as well and doesn't add too much weight but
you can tell
it's going to protect this device from knocks and drops.
Absolutely fantastic and one of the extra little useful things on here is a
hand loop. You can attach a piece of cord that comes with the case and
then it will happily sit
round your arm. Personally not my cup of tea but I know for some people certainly
if you're
moving around with your device quite a lot and worry about dropping it
just having it secured around the hand can give a little bit of extra peace of mind.
Absolutely fantastic case. This one retailing for around £15.
