Hello and welcome to this Mr Memory video.
We have a wide range of corporate clients in various industries
and today I'm going to talk about a large computer manufacturer.
I'm also going to explain some challenges they presented to us
and how we solve them. This client started the company in the 1930s.
Their profits for 2013 were 1.2 billion dollars
and they have over 324,600 members of staff.
With more than a billion customers they ship more than 48 million computers
annually.
The challenges the customer presented were -
To find a supplier who was able to provide obsolete
and end of life memory. This was memory the customer could no longer manufacturer
themselves.
Pro forma invoices were required on each order.
Delivery was needed to Europe.
Top branded memory required at competitive prices.
As a solution to the challenges presented
we took the following actions - The customer was provided with a dedicated
account manager.
This manager tracked down specific memory upgrades required
and gave the customer the prices and delivery information.
Delivery to Europe was achieved using a secure
international courier. Clear VAT invoices were provided,
direct to the customers accounts department. Delivery notes and labels sent with each
order. Prices were regularly compared against competitors,
so we knew we were the lowest. A variety of top products were supplied.
Not only being tight one brand helped us achieve the lowest prices.
Just some of the benefits for the customers upgrading with Mr Memory include -
A personal account manager. This person
is a knowledgeable and experienced contact for the customer. Choice of payment options.

and money.
