Mproof recently announced the general availability of Clientele ITSM two thousand and twelve.
Just over one month old, we already received lots of positive feedback from our customers and have the first dozen of them live on the new system.
In this new release we have added many new features including service catalog management as well as standard dashboards for the key itsm processes.
Within service catalog management you will find anything you need.
A customer facing view of the self service portal
the tools to configure your service catalog and features to set up
request fulfillment workflows.
The standard dashboards we will ship with Clientele ITSM two thousand and twelve
are based on our best practices and provide a combination of trends and actual metrics
to allow you to be in full control of your service management process.

delivered an entertaining day for our customers and partners. partners
Coming July we will be a Pink Elephant Asia taking place in both Singapore and
