The first exercise is the 180 degree burpee. And what we have is Lauren is getting down,
flat position, hips extended all the way as she gets her feet underneath her for a straight
jump and turns 180 degrees, instead of the normal straight jump.
The next exercise is a hip bridge march. What Lauren does is she gets into a hip bridge
by extending her hips. Her feet start out close together, close to her glutes, then
she walks them out to the furthest distance she can, keeping her hips elevated off the
ground for thirty seconds.
The next exercise is the rocking chair. Lauren lifts her upper torso and lower torso independently
of each other causing a rocking motion. This exercise is really good for the back.
The last exercise to round out this 2 minute HiiT video is a shoulder tap push up.
