Hi, this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now we're going to need to cut our ham into
1/4" pieces. So we're going to slice them in half and then turn and criss cross cutting
them the other way. The size is actually up to you but I prefer smaller pieces. Now in
a sauce pan we are going to heat up our butter (6 tablespoons) and then we're going to add
our leeks. We are going to cook on medium low and then add our country ham, mix that
around make sure it is evenly coated while it cooks. This is when you'll add salt and pepper, now
you'll saute the leeks and the ham stirring frequently until the leeks are tender.
