Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village,
I am going to show you how to make stuffed peppers. All right you see, I've got it to
a boil and just take it off the flame and put a cover on it and put it on the back burner.
That will actually absorb all of our water and put it right into our mix. Okay we are
back. I'm just going to add our 8 ounces of beautifully shredded cheese into our mix.
The meat should actually start to melt this because it is still warm but just take a folding
method. Folding the cheese in with the meat. Just take it from the bottom and turn, take
it from the bottom and turning and that is the folding method that is going to make this
mix all real nice. That is pretty much it. All we have to do now is add our rice and
should be ready in a couple of minutes. Also, our tomato paste we could actually put it
under a heat for like 2 or 3 minutes to get everything melted through and through. Then
it is time to stuff our peppers.
