john corn and so john corn on as you guys know he's uh... republican of texas
he's a sender
and shortly after president obama signed the violence against women act and it
was real authorized into law it had a sunset provisional on and then we didn't
have it as law for a while now the reauthorize it finally
senate minority whip gian qua non was a republican of texas released a glowing
press release claiming that accord nine bill to eliminate nationwide re kit
backlog
was signed into law
this so-called coraline building was referring to is what's called the safer
act
which was incorporated into the violence against women renewal
and
which quote provides funding for state and local governments to conduct audits
of untested d_n_a_ evidence and creates a national reporting system to help
track and prioritize untested rate cuts
uh... so
by all appearances it appears to be all wonderful law
there's only one problem with corn i'm bragging about passing it on his website
he voted against it
what do they know what these guys men these guys our whole areas they act as
if nobody is paying attention to what they're doing
and honestly declines defense most of the time americans are paying attention
what he's doing or what anybody in the senate is doing right
i think that we have some reporters they're actually doing their job
and so they saw this they were like that's interesting
std is safer act was incorporated as part of the violence against women act
and caught on voted against the violence against women act
he was one of twenty two senate republicans senate male republicans
voted against the violence against women act i'm not mistaken i think one woman
voted against it
but i love them and
only republican would vote against something and then turn around and bread
when it passes
