On behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you how to make
crab cakes from my new book Not Just Desserts. Okay so now we are going to combine all of
our ingredients and make the crab cakes. We are going to put all into all just one bowl
you get one bowl just like this perhaps this size, Pyrex bowl, you can use stainless steel,
I would avoid using plastic. Plastic tends to absorb all of the flavor of the other foods
that you might have used in it a while back and even though you have cleaned it, it still
maintain some of the oils and some of the other fragrances of something else so you
really are better off using glass or stainless steel because it cleans much better. You would
never have any residue or any flavor left in it. So here we are going to add our crab
meat or lump crab meat, we are going to add our roasted peppers.
