Hi! This is Richard Buccola from New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village,
I am going to show you how to make a Rotisserie Chicken. Alright so we are back. First thing
we are going to do is washing the chicken. It looks like a turkey. It's a nice one. Just
get in there and wash inside keeping all that stuff, the packaging. It went right from my
sink to my garbage. So all the chicken is right here. Just going to give it a good washing
and showing you here how the temperature gage for this chicken will actually tell you when
it's done so it is good for rotisserie because that will pop for you when you know it's done.
You should always have a meat thermometer though just to check and make sure it is good.
You always want your chicken to be cooked. When I come back, I am actually going to mount
this on the rotisserie and start seasoning.
