Before beginning any skincare routine, it's best to know
the type of skin that you have, whether you have any skincare
needs and what are the best products to use for your skin.
No matter what type of skin you have, good skincare begins
from the inside out, so you want to begin with healthy living
including healthy eating, exercise, plenty of sleep,
whenever possible, reducing stress,
and you also want to have a proper skincare routine.
You're never too young to start.
Every teenager should have her basic skincare routine,
and you're never too old to begin.
The best skincare routine includes cleansing,
moisturizing and protecting, which means using an SPF
and whenever possible, you may want to use
a treatment in between.
Although any age can have dry skin, it is very typical
for women 35 and up to have dry skin.
That's when your skin is feeling very taut and tight.
You'll find that it's very difficult to put makeup on.
In this case, you may want to use something like
DDF's Amplifying Elixir.
This boosts your skin's moisture barrier by 70 percent,
so this is gonna help you feel more hydrated and you're gonna
find that when you put your makeup on,
it's gonna go on smoother and stay on longer.
For combination skin, typically we hear about combination skin,
which is oily and dry and you normally hear about combination
skin in your T-zone area, which would be here and here.
But many women have combination skin and it's all over.
You may have patches of dryness or patches of oiliness
or perhaps you just have oiliness across the bridge
of your nose and your cheeks.
In this case, you want to use a moisturizer and a cleanser
that's made specifically for combination skin.
Although you can use something that's made for oily skin
or something that's made for dry skin, you may find that
you're having difficulty having balance all over.
So you may want to try Olay's Foaming Face Wash
and you're gonna find that it's not too moisturizing
or too drying for the skin.
For oily skin, first of all, oily skin doesn't always mean
acne prone, however, it tends to be acne prone.
You need to know the difference between acne
and occasional breakout.
An occasional breakout usually happens during your cycle
or maybe some kind of other hormonal change.
It may happen during certain stressful times.
That's called a breakout.
Acne is more chronic.
If you have acne, you may want to see a dermatologist.
We also have a great product called Pro-X Clear,
which is specifically formulated to target adult acne.
If you're having occasional breakouts,
you can just continue with your normal routine.
A great product to try is the DDF Weightless Defense Oil-Free
Hydrator, which has an SPF of 45 but it is oil free,
so it's not gonna aggravate acne or occasional breakouts.
Another great product to use is by DDF and it's the Sulfur
Therapeutic Mask and it comes from their acne line.
But what I also like about this product is that
if you do suffer from occasional breakouts,
you can use this as a spot treatment.
For sensitive skin, Sensitive Skin Cleansing Gel and the Aloe
Toning Complex, and what I love about this is that this just
gives you a mist all over your face and it's not irritating.
However because sensitive skin encompasses all kinds of
sensitivities, I suggest you speak with your dermatologist
or your professional before going out and buying a new line
of skincare products.

kind of products you should use, feel free to contact
