Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx and on
behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole shrimp sausage recipe. Now that
we have our sausage all stuffed we're going to take this and then were going to actually
shape the sausage. Were going to pinch off and then give it a little twist pinch off
the size that we want, give it a little twist. So were just making the size that we want
them trying to keep them kind of even, you can just basically use your others and measure
them out. So now that we have them twisted I'm going to take a little twine and make
a tie in between of each of those twist. I'm going to continue to tie off our sausage here
