Speaker 1: What kind of protocol would you do? You would try and get yourself a sauna
or Korean salt scrub experience to get rid of some of these toxins. You'd be eating more
broccoli. What, you don't like broccoli? Well, thankfully there are some supplements now.
There's something called Crucera SGS that I use in my practice. It's designed by the
same researchers at John's Hopkins University that found out that sulforaphane, a chemical
in broccoli, is phenomenal at detoxifying a lot of chemical substances.
If you have a bitter sensation when you consume broccoli, if you're concerned about thyroid
function, and you don't want to consume cruciferous vegetables, this is a viable option for you.
You can take 1 cap, twice a day. I still recommend eating a small amount of the broccoli, cauliflower,
cabbage, kale, Brussels sprouts family as well, but my goodness, how it upregulates
your detoxification. At the same time, I'll recommend a supplement
called solvent remover. Solvent remover will bind to some of these toxins, that were just
stimulated to get out by the broccoli compounds, and allow them to end up in your toilet. Get
them out of your body, put them in your toilet. With that being said, make sure your bowels
are moving well. If you have to eat a lot of fibrous foods, if you have to drink more
fluids, even if you have to take magnesium citrate at above 400 milligrams a couple of
times a day, let's make sure those bowels are moving so you can detox well.
