In today's marketing world I think it's really important
people are innovating fast and that they're testing lots of
different messages and they're trying lots of different
mediums. I think it's hard to get to perfection unless
you're testing.
Because the advantage of doing things online is you can do it
in small batches, see how it performs, measure, and then
iterate and then do it better.
And then do things at scale when you know it's working.
Users are doing so much stuff, so much of
their life is now online.
And it's really everyone who is now can be contact or doing
their own research online.
And so I think if you're a marketer you need to be online
and you need to be in those mediums.
So whatever it is, whether people are looking up blogs,
or they're looking at social networking or they're doing
searches, or they're just browsing
the web, or on YouTube--
so marketers need to be everywhere the users are.
And the users are adopting this technology so incredibly
fast. Everybody is using it.
