Hello my name is Hiu on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show two different recipes of
homemade ice cream. The first recipe I'm going to show is a basic vanilla ice cream with
almond praline. When the machine is slowly turning on we start to add the chilled egg
custard into the machine, as you can see I get a little messy. So I would use paper towel
just to wipe off our excess off the machine and tabletop. It depends on the machine that
you use, the machine I use I usually set it for around 30 minutes. Remember to turn on
your stop watch and alarm on.
