Need to submit documents to Financial Aid but are short on time?
Try a self service center. They're easy to use and conveniently located
in the Harvin Student Center at the East Campus.
And at the West Campus in the Coleman Center.
Before you begin,
Make sure you have the following:
Your Colleague ID number
(It can be found on the back of your DMC ID.)
and remember to stop all forms that require a signature.
First, enter your DMC ID number.
Select Financial Aid
for the next two prompts.
Place all forms on the feeder
and hit OK to start scanning.
Got a two-sided form? Don't worry.
Two-sided forms will automatically be scanned as two-sided.
View results to ensure that your form was scanned properly.
Make adjustments, if necessary.
Accept, Decline or Cancel
your submission.
Remember that if you Decline or Cancel your form,
it will not be sent to Financial Aid.
Lastly, remember to log out when you're done.
Save time and do it yourself.
