and hoping to hit something. That being said, understanding the mechanics of how to swing
your arm out there is important. A good swing starts with the feet, moves up through the
legs, through the waist and the core, then out through the arm, and finally to the tip
of the chuck. Right now, we're going to focus mainly on the movement of the arm. The movement
of the arm can be broken down into three different circles. The shoulder creates a large circle.
The elbow creates a medium circle, and the wrist creates a small circle. It's important
to practice each of these circles separately. But what's more important is understanding
how they work and flow together in a smooth and controlled whipping motion, from the body
to the shoulder to the elbow to the wrist. When you practice, be sure to not just throw
your arm out there, but pay close attention to how everything is working together. With
enough mindful practice, you should be able to start to feel and control the circles of
your body more easily. If you enjoyed this video, please take a second to hit the Like

good at this stuff is to practice. There's more to striking with the chucks than just
