head ache because of the nausea and the vomiting which accompanies the excruciating pain in

episode, I will be taking up certain Aasanas which are Yogic postures. Also certain Yogic
Mudras which are Yoga of the hands. And I would also help you to breathe, learn to breathe
properly. So that you can alleviate this pain of migraine. I would also be telling you the
correct sequence and the limitations, the precautions, the dos and don'ts that you must
do within every exercise. Also I will be telling you about certain foods and Indian herbal
remedies that you can use to alleviate and immediately take care of migraine.
