Okay, welcome to the second video on how to create an About Me video. This is Vitoria
Castro. And if you haven't watched the first video yet, just click over here. Now, I'm
gonna remind you, what is the basic video structure. Every single video you have an
intro, a content and a CTA or Call to Action. And the About Me video structure you have
the same. The intro, you will welcome your viewer with
a short biography and a personal tec. What do I mean by that? This first part is just
about you. Who you are, where do you come from. Keep it short and to the point. But
make sure to infuse who you are personality, in short. Show it is up to you to decide what
you want to share about your personal life. But here are some examples. Tell where you
located, are you married, kids or not, dogs, cats, routines. What are you like to do, if
you like exercises, sports, yoga, habits, anything. Very short because to say the truth
the About Me video is actually an about them video.
Content -- this is the second one of the structure. Truth to be told, a viewer or a reader always
want to know what you have to offer and how you can help them, period. Do you offer advice,
entertainment, hope, tips, anything? In order for people to come back to your blog for more,
they need to know they can learn from you. They will need to see that you have something
to teach. Tell them what will they can gain by being a returnee reader or watching your
videos. Third, the CTA or call to action. Always sell
something even if it's free. Consider this, at the end of the day, why are you creating
an about me video? Why are you creating your about me page? Why do you have your blog in
the first place? But if you have your audience going to your blog and reading your About
me page at this exact moment and every single day. If you're not using that as an opportunity
to bring them to your sales folio, then why do you even have a blog? Well, let's talk
about a free gift. There are many options on how to offer your visitor a free gift , in
other words, you will give them something for free, getting their contact information
in return. You will add an option form right below the video and asking for their information
so they can get the gift that you have to offer. It can be just the mail, just the email,
for the phone as another option, you can add the opt-in pages link below the video as well
it can be pre-abled report, view presentation, video training, webinar anything that you
have to offer them for free so that they can be excited about getting that free gift that
you can help them to solve their problems. You can show that at the conclusion of the
story. You can ask them to go to your link, to go to your form at the end of the video.
Your free gift will be entry into your sales folio and it will help people to learn any
more about you. Well, and if you don't have an opt-in page, anything you have to offer
or sales form in place, you always need to call to action at the end of your videos.
You can ask them to like your fan page, to subscribe to your YouTube channel, to leave
a comment below. You always need to have a call to action. And there you have it.
Those are my tips for the day and I promise there are more perfect tips coming up. But
would you help me with that? Which ones works best for you? Are there any tips we're missing?
