What will you be making today, Mrs. Bharathi? A spicy dish, Fish 65
Ingredients required to make Fish 65
Fish, Corn Flour, Gram Flour, Curd, Lemon, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Garam Masala
Pepper, Food Color, Green Chilli, Coriander, Garlic, Salt, Red Chilli Powder & Oil
What kind of fish is this? It's a Tilapia
You can use any fish for this dish
First, cut the fish into fillets. About 1 inch thick slices.
In a bowl, add 4 tbsp of corn flour, 1 tbsp of gram flour, 2 tbsp of curd and lemon juice
Add 2 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste, 2 tsp of chilli powder, 2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of garam masala and lastly a little food color
Now, add this spice paste to the fish and let it marinate for atleast an hour
Take a pan and heat some oil for deep frying and fry the fish in small batches
After frying the fish take another pan and fry some chopped onions, green chillies and chopped garlic
Leave it on simmer and add 2 tsp of black pepper
Add this to the fried fillets and it's ready to serve
