Hi. I'm Pepe with 100-Best-Ab-Exercises.com, here with my fitness model, Craig. We're going
to be demonstrating the V Sit Up with Variations.
So to start, Craig's going to put his hands over the head, suck the belly button up and
in. He's going to bring his upper body up towards his knee and his hands are going to
go over the bent knee, and he's going to switch sides as he does this.
The next more challenging variation is going to be straightening his leg out. He's going
to reach up with a straight leg, touch around the toe.
Another variation here, we can do opposite side reach with one hand. So Craig's got one
hand down the ground, reaching the other one up, touching the toe, and reaching across
body.
The final variation which is the most challenging is just a straight V Sit-up. So he's got his
hands over the head, and bring up, touch toes, hands to toes.
