Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village,
I'm going to show you how to make Ratatouille. Okay, so we're just going to take the tops
off of our zucchini and the backs on both of them. What you're going to do is cut these
length ways, and what you're going to do then is just put the flat piece down and cut them
in length ways also. And then cut half inch pieces. Add that right to your bowl. Again,
remember we're just going to cut it in long, lengthwise. And you see you have your two
halves and just come back about a half inch. You have nice big pieces of zucchini which
all these flavors are going to fuse together. Everything cooks down. Lot of water in the
vegetables we using today. So when they cook down, they're just amazing. And just get your
zucchini cut, put it in your bowl and we're almost ready to start adding this all to our
big sauce pan. Come back. We're making ratatouille here on Expert Village and it's going to be
