Welcome to this training on Creating SaveNDonate (www.savendonate.com) Download Links, and how to post these links and buttons on any webpage. This will allows you to help your cause by promoting the download of SaveNDonate preconfigured so
donations go to your heartfelt cause. OK, let’s get started. After you login as an organization to your partner management console, easily access the Create Download Links from the Promo Tools menu. On the webpage you
will see your chosen Organizations Name, a drop down box for the Link Type, Link text and the Event Code. The Event Code is optional and used by organizations that sign up as partners to be able to track donations for
their specific campaigns and events. In the Link Type drop down box you will see Text Link, Simple Link, Static Button and Animated Button. Let’s show you how each type of link work. By choosing Text Link you can also put
a customized message in the Link Text box according to the way you want your link to appear. Consider an example having a message “Raise Funds For Starving Children – Get SaveNDonate Now!” The event code is optional. When
you will click the Create Link button, you will be presented a preview of the link. This Shows you how the Text Link with your customize message will appear on the webpage. The HTML code for the link is generated in the
Textbox. Click Copy to Clipboard and the code will get copied on to the clipboard of your system. Now you can just post this link by simply placing the code on a webpage. If you want to post an image link, you’ll see either
static button or an animated button options. When you select the Static Button you will see three different sizes of images i.e. small, medium and large. You can choose any according to your liking. Let’s choose the medium
size static button and click Create Link. Here on the link preview your shown how the static button will appear if you place the HTML snippet on a webpage. The HTML code for the static button is generated in the Textbox.
Click Copy to Clipboard and the code will get copied on to the clipboard of your system. Now you can simply paste the code wherever you want on a webpage. You can follow the same procedure for Animated Button links; the
only difference is the change in style of the button. If you do not want to post any text or an image on a webpage, simply choose Simple Link from the drop down box and click Create Link. Now, you will get only the link
without HTML. This is useful for placing links in emails or using link shortening services such as tiny URL or bit.ly for twitter. Now let me show you how to post static download buttons. Here is a fictitious webpage of an
organization I have created. Here I’ve written a short message about SaveNDonate and below is where I would like to place the Static download button link. You will need to open your webpage in a notepad application,
find the place where you want to place the HTML code of the button link. In this instance I would like to place it just below the SaveNDonate message. So I will find the HTML code for that message. Then directly paste the code
right after the code of the message. But I want the button to be centered, for that reason I will type the Center tag first and then paste the code within the center tag. After you have pasted the code, just save the
notepad file, go back to the webpage and click refresh. You will now see the button you selected at the exact location you wanted on the webpage. Now, if you click the button the software will download with your heartfelt
cause pre-configured to receive donations. For additional help on performing this task simply click the Help button and you will be directed to the Help section, which has all the information you need along with the
screenshots for better understanding. If you are an organization you can sign up to our program by simply clicking the link (www.savendonate.com) or if you require personal attention on some information email us at
