To remove the meat from the claw, first take your claw and lay it on your table. I'm going
to remove this knuckle piece from the claw by twisting it off. Now with the back of the
knife, I'm going to go ahead and break up the claw. You want to be very careful, and
don't crush the meat in the claw. After you get a good few whacks, and it breaks up a
little bit, it's real easy to peel back the shell that exposed the claw. Here you can
see it's still attached to the lobster meat here, so I'm going to break this shell up
just a little bit more.
And now I'm going to pull out this tendon, and that should leave the claw whole. And
that is how you remove the claw meat from the lobster.
