herbal remedies to help with gum disease. First off, what is gum disease? Gum disease
is caused most commonly by poor mouth hygiene, but also poor nutrition. So, several things
to keep in mind. First off, make sure that you wash your teeth two to three times a day,
brush them, floss them, and that would be your first, your first step. But also, when
you have poor nutrition this leads to poor immune system. So, how can you boost your
immune system? Very simple; Echinacea, zinc, and vitamin C all will help boost your immune
system, and lucky for you they come on the market in packages of teas. All you need to
do; you can drink your tea hot or cold, whichever you prefer. And that will help boost your
immune system. Now, if you have acute inflammation of your gums one thing you can do as well
as, in addition to drinking your tea; use your teabag and put it right where the infection
is. Leave it there for about fifteen minutes, and then, that can help you ease the pain
