We are a company that acts very quickly. We shift very quickly from one to another issue.
We pick up things directly today, if they canĀ“t wait until tomorrow.
And we picked OutSystems because we had a feeling... It's actually, also, a kind of stomach feeling.
We had a feeling that these guys do really understand our business, know that we have to act very quickly,
and they were also able to provide us with the tooling to do so.
We are acting in a niche market and this niche market is the real estate market and in this real estate market
we have real estate owners. And we close our contracts with those real estate owners.
But, the real estate owners, which are pension funds or investment funds, they use real estate managers
to act on their behalf. These real estate managers will have to provide
services to the tenants of these real estates, but these are also the guys that pay our invoices.
So we need to send an invoice on the name of the real estate owner, to the P.O.box of the real estate manager.
And he, then, pays the invoices to us.
This means that we have an extra dimension in our systems.
On the one hand, we have the account with the contract, and on the other hand, we have the real estate manager
that's the one to whom we have all the contacts, and is the one who's receiving our invoices
and paying our invoices.
The real estate owners, they might sell and resell properties and the real estate managers can also
switch, from time to time.
So, we need to have an IT tool that offers this flexibility to us, that we can make these
quick changes and that we can really invoice our services on the name of the real estate owner
to the P.O.box of the real estate manager.
And that's something that's very typical on this market, and it's absolutely impossible to buy a
standard package that offers these kinds of solutions.
