This is my third year to do Cotes du Coeur. Very excited. I've got an awesome protein.I've
got a lobster so it was racking my American-regional mind on what to do with it, so I decided to
change gears. I am going to do a lobster lollipop. It's going to be Asian infused ground-up lobster
on a sugar cane stick with pickled vegetables. It's going to be fabulous, I am very excited
about it. I 've got a gift. I've got a heart as big
as Texas and it's my responsibility to share it with the overall community for the betterment
of humanity. So I am just thrilled to give it to a great cause like the American Heart
Association.
