Hello, my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you several quick
and easy Vietnamese dishes. We would cut the lime into wedges so that when you serve the
noodle soup you can squeeze the lime juice into the soup easily. To prepare the green
sprout we would submerge them in some cold water for 5 minutes and then we can rinse
them off. The coriander leaves we would first cut them into 2 inch in length and then we
would finely chop them. If you don't like the smell of coriander leaves I think you
can substitute it with green onions. That is what the cilantro and coriander leaves
looks like. We would also slice the rest of the onion in really finely pieces. We would
add them to the soup later and we have all the ingredients for garnishing.
