Okay ladies, so you've learned how to observe and you've learned how to avoid tricky situations.
However, let's say you are in a situation where you have to fight, you have to defend
yourself, well we're going to get down and dirty I'm going to teach you your first stance
called the horse stance. You may have heard this term used in Jackie Chan or Jet Lee movies

make sure your heels are kicked out so they're behind your toes, push your knees out, back

the horse stance important? You may be asking yourself. The horse stance gives you absolute
side to side stability. So like I was saying you can not be pushed or pulled and it's really
important if someone is trying to attack you and assault you, just drop into this basic
horse stance and it'll save your life. Watch...
