There's been a lot of excitement about XactScope since its original release in July of 2011.
Since then, we received a lot of customer feedback
and have been working to adapt XactScope to further meet the needs
of our customers.
The new features of XactScope will allow estimators to close a claim and actually
settle onsite. The most frequent request that we
received was that XactScope included
the ability to sketch just like you can in Xactimate. Well, Xactware's developers delivered
just that with this next version of XactScope.
Estimators will recognize the same sketched tools that they're used to
seeing in Xactimate like the staircase tool, the
square break tool, the vertex tool.
Estimators will now be able to sketch a complete floor plan within XactScope
rather than first sketching with pencil and paper and then transferring that sketch
to Xactimate later.
original version of XactScope included a demo price list, but this latest
version is going to include the ability to download live price
lists
so estimators can download as many of those as they need
on demand and use those as they scope.
Another popular request that we received was that the claim information window
include more fields that will allow estimators to be able to settle a claim
on site.
So this version of XactScope does include all of the dates, the
coverages, and policy and claim information needed to do that.
In order to settle a claim onsite, estimators need to generate and print reports
so Xactware's developers have created a way to be able to generate pdf
reports on your mobile device.
Once those have been created, estimators can print
those reports on their mobile printer or email them directly to the homeowner.
We're excited to deliver these new features of XactScope, which should
help increase estimating efficiency.
With the combination of customer feedback and the skills of Xactware's developers,
we are delivering a complete mobile estimating solution in this newest
version of XactScope.
