I'm Rene Campbell, pro bodybuilder and an IFBB world champion. This is the third part
to my top three secrets to achieving shredded abs. This part I'm gonna talk about nutrition,
if your nutrition is controlled and you really think about what you're eating you will
achieve that shredded ab look that you want. You need to make sure that your diet is what
we call clean, if your clean eating you gonna be able to get rid of the unwanted fat in
your body and abs will show through. If you're training properly in the gym, then the exercise
you're doing in the gym will be using your core to stabilize you and if you're using
your core properly there are a set of abs there. So what you need to do is to strip
the fat down and those abs will come through. By spot training your top abs and lower abs
and transfer abs, we try to do this as aesthetically bringing them through even more. Everyone's
got a set of abs and why you wouldn't be able to keep your body up bright, but what
we want is to have that very good set look of abs, that shredded look. So to do that
you need to make sure your nutrition is good, clean up your diet and get rid of saturated
fats and make sure you're eating healthy all the time, we all know what's good for
and what's bad for you to make sure you're watching what you eat, keeping your body hydrated.
