On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to teach you how
to make bake chicken with mojo. Our chicken has been cooking now for almost a hour. What
you want to do now is check and maybe uncover it so the juices can go down a little bit
with the gravy. So I'm going to take it out; be very careful on how you take this chicken
out. It is hot and also when you lift the foil, I advise you to do it really nice and
easy cause you don't want to burn yourself. So just nice and easy using the end of the
rag like that. Notice that there is steam coming out and there is the chicken. You can
see that the chicken is cooking but I press it down and you would notice it still has
a lot of juice to it, a lot of water. What I do at this point is I like to cook down
my liquid there and I'm going to bring it up to 375, uncovered. So I can start cooking
the gravy okay bringing down the water also that is left over from the chicken and browning
the chicken a little bit. I'm going to start showing you how to flip it and do different
