Hi, it's Karena and Katrina from Tone It Up. Did you know that nearly every day of the
year is a National Food Holiday? And because we like to eat, and we like to celebrate,
we're doing food holidays right. Hey, it's Karena and Katrina here. Hi. Welcome to our
new Tone It Up Cafe in Manhattan Beach. Yay! We are launching our Perfect Fit Donuts and
Perfect Fit Lattes. The first one that we're gonna make are the honey-glazed donuts. Yum.
Alright, this is how it starts: We have 1 cup of unsweetened original almond milk. Pour
that on in. This is a secret recipe at our cafe. And then we have 1/3 cup egg whites.
You'll see, we're adding all our wet ingredients first. And then from there, we're gonna add
this vanilla extract. And so, 1 little teaspoon. This is really easy to make at home, too,
and you can make it for the whole week, and your family will love them. And 3 tablespoons
of coconut oil. And just make sure it's room temperature, a little warm, so it doesn't
clump. And then Katrina will start whisking all that together. And I'll add the baking
powder -- that's just 1 teaspoon of this as well. There you go. And now we add 1 tablespoon
of cinnamon. We love cinnamon. Heaping tablespoon of cinnamon. And then, we wanna make it a
little sweet, so we're adding Stevia -- and you can kinda just add however much you want
depending on how sweet you want it. Remember, it's really sweet, so we usually do about
a teaspoon. And now, the magical ingredient. Yes. It's the Perfect Fit Protein. Yep, it's
organic, it's gluten-free -- these donuts are healthy for you, so you start your day
just boosting your metabolism, and you feel good the rest of the day. And it's delicious.
Alright, so you whisk that all together until it's a nice consistency. Alright, now we're
going to pour it into the molds. It's good to have a friend help you out at this point.
Yeah. There you go. You gotta fill them up. Next one, next one. I'm not a very good helper
at this. Next one, next one. Good, next one. You have to pour it in so it's almost like
overflowing so you make sure that you get the nice round… They're big and fluffy.
Yeah. You can be messy with this too. They come out better and they taste the same. There
we go. Alright. Alright. So we're gonna close this and it takes about 10 minutes. Alright,
when you're donuts are done, they'll look like this. This is the chocolate ones, and
then two vanilla. The chocolate is just made out of chocolate almond milk and then a little
coco powder. And now, we get to put the toppings on. I'm a big fan of honey-glazed donuts,
so I'm going to drizzle some honey on. You can also use Agave if you want. And if you
just wanna do powder sugar donuts, too, you can use Perfect Fit because it's vanilla and
tastes delicious raw. Or you can use a little powered sugar or Stevia. Those look good.
Now, those are the number one favorites, so… Alright, and then the next one we're going
to do cinnamon sugar donuts. And you know we love our cinnamon. So here we go, you just
drizzle it on. And this is really fun to do. And then our Stevia. And this is the crystalized
Truvia, so it's Stevia in it. And it looks delicious and it tastes amazing. And finally,
it's our Crazy for Chocolate Donuts. We have some melted chocolate -- it's organic chocolate
mixed with coconut oil. And you just drizzle it. And it's good to know that at breakfast,
every single ingredient that you're taking in is good for you and has some kind of really
good benefit. Viola. And now, it's our favorite part: The taste test. And you get to try it.
Baristas. And what's donuts without coffee? We're gonna show you our three favorite latte
recipes. We will start with the signature Perfect Fit Latte. It's vanilla, and we're
gonna start with just a double espresso. And you can also do this with coffee at home if
you don't have an espresso machine. And then I'm gonna add just a little bit of Stevia,
or you can use organic sugar. Mix it on in. And here I have steamed almond milk. Oh, and
it has a tablespoon of Perfect Fit. Yes. Have it go in there. Delicious. Voila. And it's
perfect. I'll actually try it. Alright, and next is our Perfectly Pumpkin Spice Latte,
which is great for the fall. Take a double espresso here. Yes, and then she's adding
her spices in with the espresso. How easy: Just a little bit cloves and a little bit
of pumpkin pie spice. You can just get them at the grocery store. And a few shakes of
both there, stir it in. And then here, I have our steamed milk again, but we added 1 tablespoon
of pumpkin puree. The texture is so good, especially on a cold fall morning. Here we
go. And then for the chocolate lovers out there just like us, we have our mocha latte.
Also, double espresso or coffee, and you add just a little bit of coca powder. Again, if
you want to use a little Stevia and make it sweeter. I always do. Yeah. And then for the
milk, we actually have chocolate almond milk, and it's all steamed and ready to be added.
And could you add Perfect Fit to that? Always. There we go. Add some foam. It's so pretty.
And what I like about the coco powder is you can actually make designs. Remember, you can
