iPhone 6: Autofocus with mechanical optical stabilization for APN
The future of Apple iPhone 6 could be equipped with a camera incorporating a mechanical autofocus
system with optical stabilizer.
Last week we showed you pictures assumed to be the chassis of the iPhone 6 and , at the
same time , learned that Apple had asked Pegatron to prepare for the production of its new smartphone.
This time the rumor is based on a patent granted to Apple by the Patent Office and American
brands ( UPSPTO ) .
The firm has in fact filed a patent for improving shooting with a mechanical autofocus system
with optical stabilization. Discovered by Unwired View, the patent in question describes
a camera module with a moving target that can move around the optical axis of reference
. The idea is , you 'll understand , remove the maximum fuzzy related to shaking when
shooting , but not only . Module describes the picture would be small and would therefore
further reduce the thickness of the smartphone. A patent but not necessarily used
According to the latest information circulating about the iPhone 6, Apple, which has criticized
the race for pixels that are other manufacturers continue to seek solutions enabling us to
continually improve our photos rather than increase still number of pixels.
Although the USPTO has granted the patent to Apple recently , the firm had actually
filed in October 2012. This is, as you can imagine , not only patent was filed and nothing
is sure about the use of the patent . Moreover , we remember very well the many rumors that
have circulated following patents filed by the firm at the apple and did not finally
confirmed the release of the product concerned.
