If have hypertension, the patient need to control
the hypertension in the normal level that can do surgery.
If it's a very high level of blood pressure,
It's not the good case to do surgery. Why?
We're back to the principle of plastic surgery.
We do it [plastic surgery] for the good result. We do it for satisfaction.
But, if you have a risk, okay, to happen during surgery
we deny to do anything, because surgery for cosmetic
it can wait. There's not need to do it as an emergency.
We worry about that more because the patient that come overseas
it's not good, or suitable for the patient
that fly to see me and then I say to them
that, "You cannot do surgery, because you have underlying disease."
So that's the point. Choose to control any
kind of underlying disease to behave normally before coming to see me.
