Hi, I'm Martin with Publix Aprons Simple Meals.
And if you've ever been a little unsure about
cooking fish, then today's recipe is a great one to try:
Sweet and Sour Fish with Roasted Sweet
Potatoes and Apples.
First, put cornstarch in a bag and add your fish.
I'm using tilapia today.
Shake until the fish is coated.
Then cook it for a few minutes on each side
then remove it from the pan.
Then, sauté apples, onions and celery until they're tender.
Combine honey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce and ketchup.
Add this to the apple mixture and stir until it
thickens up a bit.
You'll serve this over the fish.
Now for a sweet side.
In a bowl, whisk cinnamon, salt and pepper, oil and
honey until it's all blended.
Stir in sweet potatoes, apples, bread and onions.
And bake until the potatoes are tender.
Transfer that to a serving bowl
and drizzle with a little honey.
That is Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Apples.
