So you're constantly messing up on your diet.
Thing to keep in mind is everyone joins body building for different reasons. Some people
get into it because they're the fat kid in school or maybe they're this skinny kid like
I was back then. Or maybe just to even have that outlet for stress. Whatever it might
be, that's fine. But just make sure you're not getting into bodybuilding for the wrong
reasons.

It shouldn't ever be to prove the haters wrong or to get the girl. First, haters are going
to hate no matter what. Justin Bieber, Barack Obama, Taylor Swift just to name a few are
all on the top of their game and they have a bunch of haters. So, don't worry, you're
in good company. If it's for the girls, you guys are putting a lot more work than you're
going to get a return on. And to be a hundred percent honest, girls really don't care all
that much.
Yes, the average girl wants a guy who's in shape, but they're not looking for a freaking
fitness model. They want a guy with a flat stomach and a little bit of a muscle tone.
That's about it. Trust me on this. If I only lifted to get girls, I would have fizzled
out years ago.
Now the next thing you need to do is if you constantly are messing up on your diet, you
need to admit you have an eating problem. And that's perfectly okay. Everyone has different
problems and weaknesses which is what makes all of us so unique.
But just make sure you get the help you need, whether that be a trainer, health coach an
accountability partner, whatever you need to help you get on track and get the help
you need.
For some people it's easier, for some people it's really not. If you struggle from staying
away from bad food, purge your house. Like, literally purge it. Throw out anything that
might tempt you to stray from your diet. Don't wish for more willpower; simply throw out
the temptations before you go off course.
You can also have your spouse or accountability partner check in with you. Or, in very extreme
cases, have someone put a lock on the fridge or the cupboard after you had your meal so
you're not tempted to go back and eat more. Yes, I know that might sound a bit extreme,
but some people have extreme eating disorders. So if that's what it takes to get the job
done, then that's what it takes.
Another point to keep in mind, bodybuilding is about bulking and cutting. So if you can't
ever stick with a cut, you're just going to end up being some big chubby guy with a bunch
of muscle hiding under a ton of fat.
This next point is the most important point of the video. Find out what motivates you.
What drives you? For me, it's to stay in shape for my modeling career and my fitness business.
Let's face facts; if I don't look the part, what are the chances are that you guys are
going to even follow or listen to the advice I give? Probably pretty low.
For you, it might be to lengthen your life, or be more active with your kids. Just make
sure it's your goal and not someone else's.
If it's someone else's goal, then it's just not going to last. At some point your willpower
will break and you'll stop trying. So just make sure it's your goal and it's not your
wife's, girlfriend's, or anyone else's goal because that just won't make it long term.
And finally, it's okay to mess up every once in a while. And the key word is 'once in a
while'. Not every three days. Just make sure that if you do mess up, that the very next
day, you get back on the grind.
Make sure to let me know your thoughts down the comment section below and it would be
greatly appreciated if you share my channel with any family or friends who might need
some fitness advice. As always, thanks again for the support guys, and I'll see you very
soon.
