Hey, guys, how are you? Tara Stiles, here. So if you're just getting started out with
yoga, I've put together a great series for you. This is definitely for beginners. Anybody
else can do it too for a nice refresher course. We're gonna start with a routine on flexibility
to start to get the body open in a nice easy going way. Then we're gonna move into some
strength building routines to get the body working, get your muscles working for you
and also a calm and relaxed way. Then, we're gonna build up the core strength here, so
you can really have a nice, integrated practice, so everything can move with ease. After your
core strength, we're gonna move on to some breathing exercises to really get your body
moving with your breath, so everything starts to flow nice and seamlessly. And finally,
we're gonna work on some balance poses to start to get into a little bit trickier things
that will help you move on with your practice and have a great time. So check these out,
