Okay, here's some tips for keeping your records clean so that you're not going to need to
wash them as often. Now, I've mentioned you don't touch the inside of the record. Fingerprints
will definitely get on it. You could have something on your fingers. That's a easy way
to dirty your records. Now, I mentioned not letting the record be open to the outside
world. That way it's not going to fall out. If it falls out, it's still in the sleeve.
Also, just dust isn't going to fall into it. Now, it's important, you make sure your slip
mats are clean when you're putting them on. You can brush them off. You can, if you want
to get some sort of medium you can definitely find different ways to make sure they're clean.
Make sure you're needles are clean. If you've been playing a lot of dirty records, older
records that could have dust on them, you could have build up, you want to change your
needles relatively often. Or, you could even just get right down, make sure this is on,
blow your needle off. Now, something that's really important, things that can damage your
records especially, are things like soda or beer. You're at a party spinning, don't let
soda or beer get on your record. Water, okay. Soda beer, bad.
