Hi, this is Darwin Santa Maria and I want to welcome you to Darwin's restaurant and brewery.
We have had so much success in the first three weeks opening Darwin's on 4th.
So now,
It's going to be the first day of brewing,
a vision of a brewery room.
So I want to welcome you here
and I want to introduce you to
our Brew Master Jared Barns.
We are the first,
only brewery in downtown Sarasota.
We are going to start with five different kinds of beers at the beginning,
and it's just going to be a fun place to enjoy different beers so you can taste and pair
with the food.
When it happens, we are going to be doing a lot
of pairings with the food
and beer. So it all depends. We have a great great great Brew Master.
He is very creative.
He loves the food,
the most important thing,
and the most important part is brewing the beer.
Brewmaster here at Darwin's brewery,
downtown Sarasota, Florida. Just finishing
up the mashing.
On our first beer, it's going to be Darwin's Evolution.
America style wheat beer. We are going to do a traditional wheat beer.
Throw in a bit of Belgium yeast, give it a bit of a fruity flavors to it.
And dry hobble with a couple dry hops.
We're gonna start off here, in the next couple weeks, with about four or five
beers on draft.
The first four
are going to be available
basically at the same time, we are going to be doing the wheat beer and do a
traditional IPA, with a lot of west coast hops.
We will be doing a stout, about seven and a half percent stout, brewed with
molasses and caramelized raisins.
And then we will also be doing a traditional Peruvian Chica, with Peruvian purple corn.
The fifth beer that we are going to start out doing is actually going to be a bourbon barrel aged barley wine.
Now this one won't be available for a couple months because
the process, but
it should be some pretty good stuff here. We are going to do a lot of pairings with the beer
and the food.
And off of beer dinners coming up here.

Try it out. We offer stuff available online, obviously the set-up
for right now. We've got confirmation message on hot liquor tank copper kettle
over here
and that we have
four fermentors, we actually have five fermentors. One of them we are actually utilizing them for a cold liquor tank.
Four fermentors available for us at a given time. We have eight servings tank,
so we had the opportunity to put eight of our beers on tap at any single time.
Stop on by at Darwin's, it's going to be a great time. Great food, great beers.
Great bartenders and great servers. Everything's gonna be a fantastic
experience for everybody.
