Hi
we are going to make
a delicious ham bread
a venezuelan traditional
Christmas bread
The ingredients are:
milk
margarine
bread or strong flour
sugar
salt
olives
eggs
ham
raisins
smoked bacon
dried yeast
Making the dough
200 ml of warm milk
2 eggs
5 g dried yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
50 g of sugar
50 g of margarine
500 g of bread flour
Add the sugar
add 1 teaspoon of salt
add 5 g de dried yeast
mix very well
make a hole in the centre
add the warm milk
add the beaten eggs
and the melted margarine
Mix until all liquid has been absorbed
Sprinkles with flour the board
knead for 10 minutes
the sticky consistency will disappear
while kneading it

in a warm place like a microwave or oven
let it rise for 1 hour

use your favorite sliced ham

Place into a preheated oven to 350°F
for 40 minutes or until golden
