Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, Tx and on
behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole shrimp sausage recipe. We have
our shrimp and our pork in the bowl with our green onions and we've also added our holy
trinity which consist of 3 different bell peppers the red, the green, and the yellow
the onion and the celery. Now we got to have garlic so it's garlic time the garlic that
we chopped up earlier and now we want to fold that in. And once again we continue to layer
things everything keeps getting remixed over and over and over again and the theory says
that as you continue to do this, it will balance the dish out as far as the herbs the seasons
and the vegetables and what not. Which works great even though we are once again putting
it into our grinder okay, we got our garlic added in and I'll see you back at the next
