The Chantilly cream
To make Chantilly cream, you will need:
1l whipping cream (35% fat), a cold mixing bowl,
100g sugar and approximately 5g vanilla extract.
Making Chantilly cream is very easy:
Place cream, sugar and vanilla extract in the bowl with the whisk attachment.
Whip cream until thick and stiff.
The cream will lose its shiny aspect and get thick and turn into Chantilly cream.
After whipping for about 4 to 5 min,
the Chantilly cream is getting thick and will be done anytime soon.
The Chantilly cream is now ready to use to decorate, fill, etc.
