Are you recording?
Boom, yep.
Tonight!
Sausage everywhere!
Vegetarians... *rude gesture*
The 'Boscaiola' (literally: 'Lumberjack')
What about "sausage everywhere"?
- Do I redo that? - I got it
Got it.
Also, it depends on my (female) fans...
Today
We're to step into the magic world of...
...sausage!
I'd say we can go fast forward.
the 'boscaiola' (lumberjack)
is about sausage
and mushrooms.
Common mushrooms, common...
...mushrooms.
Now,
Once we spread our dough, we use uhm...
We pick the sausage, remove the gut
and we start to distribute it in small chunks
equally, on every inch.
Always bear in mind that, since
we cut the pizza in various slices
every slice must come with all the ingredients
otherwise, it just wouldn't be fair to
put one enormous chunk of sausage here, here and there, and nothing on the rest
Let's lay down a good layer of sausage 'cause you know, we like it
Vegetarians... *rude gesture*
Parmesan, if you like. If you like, using such a caring gesture.
And since we happen to like parmesan quite a lot...
let's abound~
Now, it's mushrooms' turn. Common mushrooms, of course.
Mamma mia, couldn't my mom buy clean mushrooms..?
Whatever, let's clean them.
Actually, without water if you can. Use as less water as possible.
Mushrooms~
This is a step I'm going to take for granted, from now on,
spreading mozzarella.
Sausages and potatoes
...on a nice day in Spring
Come on, spring
What?
You can talk!
Let's say potatoes are...
hard to deal with.
Because it takes such a long time to cook, especially compared to other stuff
You made me forget what I was saying.
Oh who cares, it was mostly *** anyway.
Right, long time. Since it takes so much,
we'll have to cut very thin slices
which we can cook in time together with the rest.
Now, let's lay down a layer of potatoes
one slice next to each other, and not on top of another
In case there are vegetarians,
Vegetarians... *rude gesture*
who'd rather avoid the sausages,
this kind of pizza can be done without meat, too. Just potatoes.
Of course I wouldn't recommend it, but if you really want to...
Here, as you can see we ran out of slices. So we had to improvise...
Now, what else... Let's add some rosemary.
Pizza is ready and can go in the oven, but if there's anyone who can't...
can't eat dairy products,
lactose intolerant,
One thing we can do is drop some oil on the potatoes,
and we'll then avoid to use mozzarella on them:
the result is basically left unchanged,
only anyone can eat this pizza.
At last, we sprinkle some fine salt on the potatoes.
Oh, blimey
Too much time in the oven, and the mozzarella grew a crust.
Though, as we can see the dough is perfectly baked
and surely this extra time allowed the potatoes to roast a bit better.
No.
No, oh come on!
Sausage every~where~
I'm the mute assistant.
So uhm, he's the mute assistant and the man behind the camera.
It's the third!
So in this third episode we made this 'boscaiola', sausages and mushrooms
And uhm... sausages and potatoes.
In the next episode, which you've yet to see but which we have already recorded
we made the cr- this one, we won't reveal its name, and also this one
Oh, just smell the perfume, Madonna!
We decided to go through this little training camp, today
to record 3 episodes, and... Useless to say, it was probably a mistake.
Because we got up early and we did nothing but cook all day and now
we are duly exhausted.
Probably, if you thought we've been a bit dull, this is the reason
The little man behind the camera is probably asleep, by now, in his mind.
We've had a lot of fun and we ate like sows,
We hope this...
hope you still enjoyed watching this episode, and...
maybe you'll be willing to follow us even in the following episodes.
That said, we can start eating... ...in your face.
