So we have, let this simmer for about another 10 minutes and you can see it is really getting
nice and bubbly and it smells delicious. It seems like there is a little liquid in there
but you can kind of if you don't like as much liquid get it out. So now it is chili time
and since I'm from Texas I'm going to serve chili right on and that is Frito pie. So I'm
going to show you how to make Frito pie. First we are going to want to shred some cheese
and you can buy prepackage cheese of course. Since I'm a vegetarian I like to use the Tiler
cheese there is no animal in it like other cheese. So I'm just going to go ahead and
shred out just a little bit of cheese. So to make our Frito pie I'm going to start off
with a bowl of course. You just put a small amount of Frito's or some kind of corn chips
down there. Then put a little bit of cheese on there. So now we are going to add the chili,
just pour it right on top. Then put a little bit more cheese on top. That is how you make
Frito pie and in my option is the best way to eat this chili. You can leave out either
the Frito's, it is really good by itself so you don't need the Frito's or the cheese.
But it is really good with the cheese and especially with the Frito's. So go ahead and
give that a try.
