To pan fry Tempeh, start with a pan that's set to medium high heat. You want your oil
to reach about 330 to 350 degrees. You're going to want to put about a quarter inch
of oil into the pan, and vegetable oil works really well for this. Next take your Tempeh
and place it into the oil. Be very careful so it doesn't splatter up on you. Let you
Tempeh fry to a golden brown color.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the Tempeh from the pan. Next, set it on a paper towel to
drain. And that is how you pan fry Tempeh.
