Hi! I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make
sweet potatoes. If you have enough leftovers to reheat in the container, the casserole
dish that you originally made it in, but there aren't any marshmallows left on top or they've
all melted away, not a problem. You can always add more marshmallows to the top. You just
want to keep on adding it up just as though you were making it for the first time. This
will probably make the dish a lot sweeter than the first time because it'll be more
concentrated, but you can always serve it as dessert instead of a side dish for dinner.
What you want to do is cover the top with marshmallows again. Make sure you have plenty
on there. To reheat it just stick it back in the oven. Now, if it's been in the refrigerator
and it's been cold, you want to have it in for about 20 minutes. Keep the temperature
lower than what you baked it at originally. It's only about 300 or 325 instead of 325
or 350. This time if you’re reheating it, chances are you're not also putting it in
with the turkey, so you can have at the temperature and time that you need.
