we're going to be talking about different ways to bake with
Hershey's special dark chocolate. Hershey's special dark chocolate
has less sugar than milk chocolate so you get a deeper, more intense chocolate flavor.
If you're new to baking with special dark chocolate, a good thing
to do is try your traditional chocolate chip cookies, substitute the
special dark chocolate chips for your regular semisweet chocolate chips and put a new twist
to that classic. Your special dark chips also can be melted
to make a wonderful fondue. Try throwing a handful of these
special dark chocolate chips to your scones, bread, and other pastries for a nice added
touch of sweetness. And of course special dark chips are wonderful
