In terms of the way marketing has changed, especially over the last, I would say five
or ten years, obviously it’s easy to pick on the web and say distributes of content,
but I know that most importantly, the customer and the user, for lack of a better term, the
consumer, is – has more power than they've ever had before. And it’s important for
us as marketers to understand that we're providing tools for them, and content, and they're gonna
digest it, they're gonna use it the way they want to. So it’s not like we can just sort
of show up and say, “Here’s your meal,” anymore. It’s a matter of us providing and
making sure that they're the chef, they're gonna cook what they want, providing the ingredients
and providing the right utensils for them to prepare it with. At the end of the day,
we really don't care if they choose chicken or steak, just as long as they choose something
that we're providing for them and they enjoy it.
