Alright now that our Cilantro is cut up we're going to go and we're going to take our large
sauce pan and turn our burner up to about five or six. I'm going to add a tablespoon
of oil and a tablespoon of butter. While we're waiting for that to cook, we're going to take
two cloves of garlic and we're going to mince it. And we're going to add that straight in
here with our butter. We're going to move our oil and butter around the pan. Then we're
going to measure out a cup of rice
and we're going to pour that around. We're going to let that toast for about a minute
and a half. We're going to add a little bit of Cilantro to give it a nice flavor.
